  • Expert Session 1: Tips and Tricks for your CV. 

Do you wonder why you’re not invited to interviews, despite having the right skills for the job? As an international we have our own way of expressing our skills and job experience, but this can differ from the Swedish job market as well as the mind-set needed to create a good communicative tool. Join us, to get some tips and insight into writing a favorable CV and cover letter.

Lisa Andersson from International Citizen Hub Lund, responsible for the Kick-start Job program will share some ideas and present another approach to reaching the Swedish job market.

  • Expert Session 2: boost your LinkedIn Profile. 

In this session, we focus on optimizing your LinkedIn profile to increase visibility and create a professional impression that attracts recruiters and employers. We’ll move from theory to hands-on practice—covering everything from building a balanced and optimized profile to showcasing your skills in a way that strengthens your personal brand. You’ll also learn how to use advanced search features to effectively find relevant jobs and networking opportunities.

  • Expert session 3: Culture lounge 

Let’s get inspired by cultural conversations about various business cultures. How can we raise awareness about how we are perceived by another culture? What is respectful in one culture could be rude in another. If you assume that your leadership style is universal then you have a cultural bias! Let’s try and bridge cultural gaps through stimulating intercultural communication.

Take a seat in the lounge and join the conversation with Christina Rundcrantz from BBi Communication, as she shares her insights and invites you to explore the challenges and opportunities of intercultural leadership together.

The event is part of the Cross-border Talent Bridge project, an EU Interreg Öresund-Kattegat-Skagerrak-funded initiative aimed at strengthening talent attraction and retention in life sciences and deep tech in the Öresund region.
The main partners in the project are the Municipality of Lund, Ideon Science Park, Medicon Village, Mobile Heights, Copenhagen Capacity, the Municipality of Copenhagen, and Medicon Valley Alliance.

This event aims to create a networking platform between companies and international candidates, where matchmaking is a key element. We are collaborating with Switch to Sweden for this initiative.
